Personalized Assistance

Greenleaf Assisted Living Centers offer personalized assistance and compassionate care to each
and every resident in a family-oriented environment. Our focus is on wellness and keeping
residents as independent as possible by providing a tailored plan of assistance. Our trained staff
provides assistance for individuals who need help with everyday activities such as nutritious
meals, medication management, housekeeping, exercise and personal care. Socialization is also
important to well-being. Our daily activities and social networks develop a happy healthy
lifestyle.

Staff

Our 24-hour on-site staff provides independence, comfort and security for the residents and their
families. Greenleaf Assisted Living staff is dedicated to the well-being of each and every
resident. Our centers have only well-trained and compassionate individuals who truly want to
help residents as if they are a member of the family.

Six of our staff members have been awarded the Caregiver of the Year Award by the Assisted
Living Association of South Dakota.
